Ashtanga Shanghai

dedicated to the practice of the 8 limbs of yoga

Visiting Teachers

Ashtanga Shanghai was made possible through the support and encouragement of friends, fellow yogis and visiting teachers. "Thank you" to these teachers who took time to help us when it was much needed.
